ABSTRACT Introduction: The shape, physiological function, and physical fitness (exercise ability) of the human body are main parts fitness. Different sports kinesiology methods have different effects on physique. System science-related theories can be applied to research health system under medical theory. Objective: We researched body's physique formulate relevant programs for body. could analyze influence shape condition constitution. Methods: conducted nutrition through such as tests, anthropometric measurements, diet surveys, laboratory examinations Analyzing correlation between conditioning medicine had a favorable outcome in study. Results: program has apparent improving enhancing functions, Conclusion: significant effect Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment results.
